To promote their company\s products and report to the AM. Customers can include doctors, nurses and pharmacists. 

To increase product awareness, answer queries, provide medical claims, resolve complaints and introduce new products.


 Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams.

Prospecting and making field visits to doctors, train staff and nurses in hospitals, polyclinics and pharmacists. Deliver presentations to medical staff which may take place in medical settings during the day. 

Organizing conferences and group meetings for doctors and other medical staff.

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.

Keeping detailed records of all field visits; manage CRM Program effectively.

Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetable.

Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings. 

Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.

Maintaining knowledge of new developments in healthcare industry, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly. 

Effective communication with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams – e.g. Healthcare, Hospitals – to understand, maximize and drive territory.
